Inspired by the patch Walker Farrell from Make Noise showed in this video.
S&H is controlling both pitch and envelope fall time. Invert the S&H signal before sending it ENV B Fall. This will cause low pitch notes to play longer, and high pitch notes to play shorter.
If the patch is too random try either quantizing the S&H output to a scale, or sending the S&H to control a sequencer that uses voltage to address stage selection.
