Claves with VCO-A and VCA-B
This is a fairly simple clave patch. Just shape a high pitched oscillator with a fast envelope.
1: Tune VCO-A to D#7, or some other similarly high pitched note.
2: Patch the triangle from the mixer to the VCA-B/LPF audio in.
3: Patch the VCA-B out to the Main-1 out.
4: Patch ENV-B to the VCA-B CV in.
5: Keep the ENV-B Fall and Shape levels fairly low.
Try:
Different waveform shapes.
With and without soft clipping.
Use VCA-A instead of VCA-B.
